About Pete Buchanan
Pete started off in 1994 as a Host and Compere and a Singer and Performer in hotels abroad. He decided to further his career, so he took to the seas and performed on Cruise Ships for numerous cruise lines alongside many top UK Performers.
After years of Singing & Entertaining on ships, he returned to the UK to pursue his love of Music and Comedy.
The World of Cruising called him back once again, this time as Cruise Director, responsible for all the entertainment on board the vessel, introducing Musical Production Shows, devising and performing the on board Comedy Show, hosting various Comedy Gameshows, Compering Cabaret Evenings and producing his own Vocal Cabaret Act.
After Cruising Pete’s passion for Music and Comedy saw him travel the country as a Vocalist, Compere and Comedy Entertainer for Corporate and Private Clients and continues to do so.
In summary, Pete is a Singer and All-Round Comedy Entertainer with a wealth of experience as a Host and Compere, Singer and Performer in a variety of Shows and Events.
Pete performs a variety of covers when singing to suit every occasion but can’t hide the fact that one of his favourite genres is Rat Pack, especially Frank Sinatra and Michael Bublé.
Pete Buchanan’s show was fantastic and so incredibly funny and what a great voice too!! The River Dance had everyone in floods of tears and received so much praise afterwards. My work colleagues have told me it’s the best Dinner Dance they have ever been to.
